The device runs Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0 and comes with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
This matters because the Realme 16 5G focuses heavily on battery capacity and durability, while still offering a high-refresh-rate display and 5G connectivity. With IP68 and IP69K ratings and a relatively slim 8.1mm body, it positions itself differently from typical mid-range phones.
